This website is a business card for our accounting office - we do not sell anything here, there are no forms and no user accounts. We therefore collect a minimum of data. Below we describe exactly what, why, and what you can do about it.
01 Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data is Błażej Kopera, operating an accounting office at ul. Indiry Gandhi 35 lok. 114, 02-776 Warsaw, Poland.
Contact regarding personal data: phone +48 690 870 263 or the e-mail address shown in the contact section.
02 What data we process
When you contact us
If you call or send an e-mail, we process the data you provide yourself - usually your name, phone number or e-mail address, and the content of your message. Providing this data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your enquiry.
When you simply visit the site
The server records standard technical logs: IP address, date and time of the request, the page visited, browser and operating system type. This happens automatically and serves security and fault diagnosis. We do not link this data to your identity and do not use it for tracking or advertising.
Information stored in your browser
We do not use cookies - we have no analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking systems. We do store two small items in your browser's local storage, solely so that the site behaves according to your choice:
| Item | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|
| language choice | remembers whether you view the site in Polish or English | until you clear your browser data |
| map consent | remembers that you agreed to display the Google map, so you do not have to click again | until you clear your browser data |
You can delete them at any time in your browser settings - the site will keep working normally.
Client reviews
In the "Reviews" section we publish selected reviews from our public Google profile, together with the name or signature the author chose in Google. This data comes from a publicly available source. If you are the author of a review and do not want it to appear on our site - write or call us and we will remove it promptly.
03 Purposes and legal bases
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Answering your enquiry and preparing an offer | Art. 6(1)(b) - steps prior to entering into a contract |
| Ensuring security and correct operation of the site (logs) | Art. 6(1)(f) - our legitimate interest |
| Displaying the Google map after you click | Art. 6(1)(a) - your consent |
| Presenting reviews of our services | Art. 6(1)(f) - legitimate interest (informing about our activity) |
| Meeting statutory obligations if you become our client | Art. 6(1)(c) - legal obligation |
04 The Google map - why you have to click
On the contact section we provide a Google Maps location map. It does not load automatically - you will first see a placeholder tile with a button. This is deliberate: until you click, your browser does not connect to Google servers at all and passes them no data.
If you choose to display the map, Google will receive your IP address and may store its own cookies - under the terms described in Google's privacy policy. The controller of that data is then Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, based on mechanisms provided for in the GDPR.
The typefaces used on the site are hosted on our own server, so simply browsing it causes no connection to Google whatsoever.
05 Who we share data with
- Our hosting provider - the company maintaining the server that runs the site and e-mail (mydevil.net), under a data processing agreement.
- Google - only to the extent described in section 04 and only when you display the map yourself.
- Authorised public authorities - where such an obligation follows from law.
We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
06 How long we keep data
- Correspondence and enquiries - until the matter is closed, and then for the limitation period of any potential claims.
- Server logs - for the technical period applied by our hosting provider, usually no longer than a few months.
- Client data - for the period required by tax and accounting regulations.
07 Your rights
In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- rectify inaccurate data or complete incomplete data,
- erase your data,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time - without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, simply contact us. We respond without undue delay.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
08 What we do not do
- We do not profile you and do not take automated decisions concerning you.
- We run no web analytics and no remarketing.
- We send no newsletter and build no marketing databases from site visits.
09 Changes to this policy
If we change how the site works, we will update this document and change the date shown at the top. Please check back here whenever you have any doubts.
